When recording the test for our lullaby, when listening back, we decided that both the recoding quality, but also the voices and signing of the girls was adequate. This is why in the end we settled on using this as it was good enough and it saved time from having to re record when it was actually good enough already.
When recording the lullaby and the sounds to accompany it, we used the 'Voice memos' app. When we had done this, we emailed this to one of our emails, downloaded it and then transferred onto iMovie. From then, we clipped, cut, cropped and developed it into our wok to suit it well to the piece and the genre.
CANON CAMERA
In order to film our final product we used a canon camera. This technology allowed us to zoom in and out of the shot and create the clearest shots that would be suitable for the final product. As technology is developing, the demand for clearer shooting and better standard of filming is increasing. This therefor, means that as a group, although on a fairly low budget, we needed to try and film the best we were capable of doing to try and create an opening that made you feel as if you were there almost.
The canon camera, had different settings in order to make sure that the specific scene and location that we would be filming would be done successfully. An example of this is one of the shots that we used for the opening scene, was done outside and a view from Ami's garden. To shoot this well, we put the night setting on so that it picked up the fact that it was a dark atmosphere that also needed to be in focus.
